There is a Saint Eusebius

But since the Eusebius mentioned in the litany is placed along with St. Jerome I would assume it's Eusebius of Caesera since both he and Jerome are famous writers.

I assumed it was Eusebius of Caesarea since he is usually the only Eusebius who is referred to by his first name only. St. Eusebius of Vercelli, Eusebius of Emessa, and Eusebius of Nicomedia are usually referred to with their location after their name since they are less well known.

In addition to non-saints (Origen and Eusebius of Caesarea), Becker's litany deviates from the Church's official text in the following ways:

Nobody is addressed as a saint, e.g., "Saint John the Baptist" becomes "John the Baptist".

Our Blessed Mother, who is the Sanctissima, the Most Holy One, is treated no differently than any other saint; instead of "Sancta Maria, Dei Genetrix, ora pro nobis" (Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us), we get "Mary and Joseph, pray for us." While St. Joseph is a very dear patron to me, there is a reason Mary stands alone and at the head of the list of saints.

In his zeal to get through the list quicker, Becker has grouped saints into three's, producing unnatural groupings. The official litany pairs very few saints, such as "St. Peter and St. Paul" and "St. Francis and St. Dominic".

The order of the saints is confused. The official order is: Jesus Christ/Trinity, the Blessed Virgin Mary, angels, patriarchs and prophets, apostles and disciples, martyrs, bishops and doctors, priests and religious, laity.

Becker's litany is illicit for use within the sacred liturgy unless his music is fitted to the official text of the litany.
