The Vatican's own Congregation for Clergy has just created this wonderful resource:

http://www.clerus.org/bibliaclerus/index_eng.html

At their website, you can find both the New Latin Vulgate and the old Latin Vulgate translations of the Bible, along with a very large archive of the writings of many Saints and Doctors of the Church.

Even better: the website has a complete online Denzinger (in Latin, of course), and documents from and publications about most of the Councils of the Church. So, if you could never afford your own copy of Denzinger's absolutely crucial compilation of Magisterial documents of the Church, now all you have to do is go to Bibliaclerus and read it for free (as long as you know Latin, of course).

Way to go Mother Church! :D

Baby No. 8 is on the way!

There's a ton of stuff there. I can't believe no one posted it. I think the link in the OP is down.

I would like to read this:

Tertullian, "Prescription against the Heretics"

Can anyone tell me if this can be found online at any of these or possibly another website? Thank you.

Heh, it appears my hosting service DELETED the database. Unfortunately it is not backed up but I may be able to pull a version of it from archive.org or something ... at least the HTML part. We'll see if they can recover the data for me.

CARM is hardly a reliable source for Catholic teachings. Please don't spam our board with anti-Catholic drivel.

The quotes are well-documented from catholic sources. This isn't spamming.

You can find the sources from Catholic or even neutral sources, there is no reason to post a link to a extremely anti-Catholic board like Carm.

You are a guest here, don't be rude.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to be rude. Is the truth offensive? It's quotes from ECFs. Just a list of quotes and writings.
