my first car was a chevy... i wanted it to be my grandfather's '57 chevy bel air :cloud9:

... turned out it was my great grandfather's '63 impala... never owned a truck...in spite of the fact that i grew up in west texas

when i finally said goodbye to my gift car and bought my own, i went for the 74 cutlass supreme... two tone blue and white with reversible front seats ... loved the car...wish i did not trade it in 5 years later for a better gas mileage car :DOH!

instead of white, mine was blue, instead of brown, it was white

My favorite was a 1957 Ford Fairlane 2 door hard top coupe, black with gold trim and red leather interior - a Police Interceptor V-8. Radar has it going to 138mph with the driver and 3 passengers. [Don't ask me how I avoided the ticket. It would take too long to tell here.] 8-)
