I have to give a talk to 18-45 year olds on the "Liturgy of the Eucharist" and "the Sacrifice of the Mass" between 10 and 15 minutes

Any suggestions?

There's so much information out there...

I was just thinking about taking a priest's sermon on this topic and saying "this is not my work, but here it is..."

Any sermon suggestions?

St. Justin Martyr's letter to the emperor explaining just what these Christians do at their services. Written about 150 A.D., it will provide good awareness that the Liturgy has always been pretty much what we experience.

Peace,
Linda

P.S. I know it's not just on the Liturgy of the Eucharist, but, with the new translation, it may set people's hearts at rest.
