Aloha everyone,

(Below is a post I made in the pub a few weeks ago)

I am grateful to God for the blessings that he has bestowed on me. For years I prayed that God would give me the courage and discipline to take on the challenge of changing my lifestyle in order to better my health and increase my confidence and self-esteem. I also prayed that God would hold my hand through it, give me a simple system to follow, and be gentle with me through the process. Simply put, my weight was out of control at 330+ pounds and had no end in sight. I had numerous medical problems (which I never told anyone about, even my family) and my doctor pretty much told me at my rate of gaining weight, I wouldn't have a very long life.

I prayed a rosary one night and flat out begged God to help me with my health. He spoke to my heart that night and reminded me that He can only help those who help themselves (If you want God to move a mountain, bring a shovel and starting digging!) The VERY NEXT DAY my father introduced me to a program a friend of his was successful with. It was a simple to follow, gave me great support, and within 7 months I lost 135 pounds! IT IS UNBELIEVABLE how my life has changed! EVERY SINGLE ONE of my medical problems are GONE, I have more energy than ever before, and my doctor told me I pretty much extended my life by DECADES!

I want to thank those that I PMed about my struggle in the past. I am grateful for your prayers! I feel convicted now, more than any other conviction I have ever had, that I need to help others achieve their health goals as well. God has given me the gift of new found health and my life will be dedicated to helping others reach the same success.

I am SOOO EXCITED about this. My life has changed DRAMATICALLY and I cant wait to see how God may use me to help others!
