I wanted to know how one says - addressing someone in the singular

"thank you for the grace you've given me" (or given to me - or give me)

And by grace I mean the grace of God.

Thanks, Turgonian for your rendition! Did anyone else have any more input before I get this engraved on something?

I think "propter mihi gratiam tuam" might be better than "pro etc."

So it should be:

Gratias ago tibi propter mihi gratiam tuam.

?

Just double checking. :)

I wouldn't engrave it until someone seconds me on it.

That would work, or I would write

Gratias ago tibi propter gratiam tuam {datam} mihi

Datam would be understood, so can be included or dropped. I prefer the object of a preposition after the preposition and not separated, but either is correct
