We have dry ice, but that ain't water {CO2).

Water comes in many shapes:

Rain, freezing rain, sleet, snow, ice, hail, vapors, clouds, rainbow.

If air contains less water, it would be drier.

Fresh water, because the salt in ocean water makes it less water and more something else.
